Gerry Czarnecki has had a long career in banking with a broad range of “C” level assignments including as CFO of a top 10 bank holding company, as well as the CEO of two banks. Gerry was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at IBM. After IBM, he ran UNC, an aviation company. In 1995 he formed The Deltennium Group, a consulting company. Gerry also is chairman and founder of the National Leadership Institute, a nonprofit organization created to help non-profit organization with leadership and Board Governance.
He is a member of the boards of directors of MAM Software, Inc.; NuraHealth, SPC; Bookkeeping Express, Inc.; Jack Cooper Enterprises, Inc. (where he is Chairman of its Audit Committee) and ECO Building Products, Inc.(where he is Chair of the Board). He recently retired from the State Farm Insurance Board where he chaired its Audit Committee for 15 years.
Gerry currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of National University and is a member of the Junior Achievement Worldwide Board of Governors.
Gerry is an author who writes frequently in a variety of journals on Leadership and Governance and has written seven books on Leadership and Corporate Governance.
