The Forum will take place on Wednesday,Thursday, January 5, 2017 at the Venetian, Level 4, Lando 4301. It will start at 9:00 a.m.

Where do I submit my contact information, bio and photo? 2016-12-01T14:36:14+00:00

Please submit your contact information, bio and photo as soon as possible:

  • Go to http://www.cescybersecurity.com and click “2017 Login” in the upper right hand corner of the page.
  • You will be asked to create a username and password.
  • Once you have logged in, you will be able to upload all of your information.
  • You also will be asked to agree to a media waiver that will allow your session to be recorded and posted.

We need your information in order to register you for both CES and the Forum and to promote your participation. You must be registered in order to have access to free CES events and the Forum.

How will you be using my bio and photo? 2015-10-19T20:09:38+00:00

Your photo and a short version of your bio will posted on the CYBERSECURITY FORUM website and included in the Forum’s printed program. Your bio also will be used to introduce you at your session.

Do I need to be registered for CES to speak at the CYBERSECURITY FORUM ? 2016-12-01T14:38:20+00:00

Yes. You will be sent instructions on how to register for CES. If you have colleagues or guests who will be attending CES, they will need to register themselves for CES and the CYBERSECURITY FORUM (An additional registration and fee is required for the Forum.)

Where do I get my CES Speaker Badge? 2015-10-19T20:11:00+00:00

You can pick up your speaker badge at any of the CES badge pickup locations or at any of the three Speaker Ready Rooms: Venetian, Level 4 in Marcello 4401; LVCC N263 in the North Hall (Upper Level) of the Las Vegas Convention Center; ARIA, Platinum Lounge, Level 1, Pinyon 3. Your CES badge allows access to the exhibit show floor, free conference sessions, SuperSessions and CES keynotes, in addition to the CYBERSECURITY FORUM.

What about getting a hotel room in Las Vegas? 2015-10-15T02:39:13+00:00

You should reserve a hotel room as soon as possible. Hotel rooms become scarce as it gets closer to CES. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations and paying for all of your hotel and travel expenses. A detailed agenda is attached and is also available online at cescybersecurity.com. Please note that the agenda is subject to change. Updates will be posted on the website and we will notify speakers and moderators directly of any changes.

When should I arrive at the CYBERSECURITY FORUM ? 2015-10-15T19:18:44+00:00

All speakers and moderators are encouraged to participant in the entire Forum and lend their voices to the discussions. However, at a minimum all speakers and moderators should arrive at the Venetian, Level 4, Lando 4301 at least 30 minutes before their session. Some speakers may be asked to come earlier if they plan to use special technology. Please make your presence known to your moderator and a Forum representative (Identified on badge).

Thursday, January 5  |  10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Yes. Press and analysts are admitted to all CES conference sessions. A PR company will be promoting the Forum to the media, but speakers are encouraged to do their own PR and set up press appointments while at CES.

Will my session be recorded? 2015-10-19T20:11:47+00:00

Your session may be recorded for subsequent showing on the CYBERSECURITY FORUM website and on CES and partner websites. Please be sure to read and agree to the media waiver when you submit your contact information, photo and bio.

May I distribute my company’s collateral and materials during my session? 2016-09-15T14:50:14+00:00

Distribution of company materials is not permitted during the Forum. However, advertising opportunities are available in the Forum’s printed program. What A/V equipment will be available at the conference? 2016-09-15T14:51:36+00:00

The standard A/V in each conference session will be:

  • LCD data/data projector
  • 8 x 8 screen (or larger)
  • lVGA Switch Box
  • Wireless microphones
  • Podium microphone
  • Wireless panelist microphones

Internet will not be available in the meeting room without special arrangements. If you require an Internet connection for your presentation, please contact [email protected]

Is there an on-site location where I can relax or practice my presentation? 2015-10-15T02:32:53+00:00

Yes. There is a Speaker Ready room for your use in the Venetian on Level 4, Marcello 4401. The room will have computers, access to the Internet, a fax machine, a photocopier (for light photocopying only), telephones and light refreshments. You will have access to this room during the entire four days of CES.
